So happy for Julie Brousseau who was so close 0.2s to qualifying yesterday!! Congrats Julie, you are going to the Olympics!!!
Summer Is swimming so well, just interesting to see 10 person/ Lane finals , very different than most qualifying events.
most trials are 10 lanes, to get as many people a chance to qualify to the olympics. it sucks for lanes 0 and 9 ofc.
@sg-qm2ts that not really true as I completed at Olympics trials at 16, nationally in Australia in 1984 got 10th , which was ok then a professional coach for 25yrs and I can say that most events , especially the Olympics only have 8 lanes in the Finials.
That is an impressive time. If she does swim this event in Paris she'll be hard to beat. The relay team will be much less competitive.
Looking at silver or Bronze at best.
WoW!!!
What happened to Penny Oleksiak. Loved her in Tokyo but tough seeing her crumble
fell off. not everyone is phelps and can do go 5 olympics.
Training in the US wow
